Dave Lavine, CEO/Founder

Dave Lavine is known for his ability to evangelize and build strong and profitable companies and is a highly sought-after digital marketing executive for start-ups as well as mid to large-size businesses.  He has built a national footprint of contacts across premium brands, agencies, and publishers and has experience ranging from search, social, display, branded entertainment, mobile, and native advertising.  Dave has a strong understanding of today’s martech landscape and how to leverage digital marketing to drive branding and direct response. With deep experience across product development, revenue models, strategic positioning, and team development, Dave leads Creative, Email, and Marketing teams at Subrosa.

Chris Muldaur, Chief Operating Officer

Chris brings significant marketing and media experience to Subrosa, with 20+ years of experience helping brands reach their audiences in the ever-changing digital landscape. Chris has led marketing efforts for a diverse set of clients and industries, providing thoughtful media strategies and flawless execution for Fortune 500 brands like Acura and HBO, e-commerce brands like Quay Australia and Omaha Steaks, and lead gen campaigns for Insurance, Legal, B2B, Saas, and more. Well versed in omni-channel marketing, with significant experience in direct response advertising, his passion is for digital media and using data to make better marketing decisions. With extensive experience in customer acquisition, media investment, analytics, and campaign optimization, Chris leads the Client Services, Media, and Analytics teams at Subrosa.

Co-Founder of recent e-commerce success story, Reel® (reelpaper.com), Derin is a Digital entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. A growth marketer with two decades of experience driving successful direct-to-consumer digital strategies for brands such as Pretty Litter, Hint Water, Soother, Fuji USA, NordicTrack, and several others. Specialties include eCommerce, Subscription Commerce, Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Direct Response Marketing, Demand Generation, New Customer/User Acquisition, Customer Retention, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Landing Page and Funnel Optimization, Media Planning and Buying, eCRM & Lifecycle Marketing.

Kat Johnson, Director of Lifecycle Marketing

Kat Johnson is a digital marketer with 15+ years of experience in the travel/hospitality, retail, ecommerce and insurance industry. With focus on email marketing, sms and customer segmentation, Kat delivers solutions for the customer lifecycle. Kat is a unicorn in email marketing as she takes her clients from strategy, to design, data integration to execution. Her experience with customer data and segmentation brings lifecycle marketing to the next level.
